Out of all of the single origin coffees this by far is the owners personal favorite.  Peaberry coffees are unique among all coffees because they technically a rare defect in nature where a single oval bean vs a pair of flat sided beans are created.  They have a very bright and acidic flavor that has a chocolate overtone that is sure to please.  If anything, the aroma that pours out of the bag is so intoxicating you may never even have to brew it.
